Description Office Administrative Associate for Fleet Management Amwaste of Georgia is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Management Associate to support our Fleet Manager by handling a variety of office and clerical tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our fleet operations while developing your skills in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and eager to learn Dossier Trucking Software to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management - Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support - Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, vehicle logs, and maintenance schedules - Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Dossier Trucking Software, and Excel to track fleet performance and other key metrics - Draft and edit documents, memos, and communications using Word - Learn and adapt to new trucking and fleet management software systems - Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other departments as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technology - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Prior experience in office administration or clerical work is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of Dossier Truck Software a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and a collaborative work environment.
