Description Temporary Assignment - 4 Months Duration SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pays $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set) LOCATION: 82 Green Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: As a member of the Property Management team, the Administrative Assistant for Occupancy provides day to day administrative and program support to the Occupancy and Compliance teams. This position will review and compile leasing files, compliance documents in addition to administrative support tasks for Occupancy Specialists as required QUALIFICATIONS: The person in this position must have a clear commitment to the population we serve, and be able to work as part of a team. Requirements EDUCATION/TRAINING: REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in office software and equipment including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet use, telephone systems, and copy/scanner machines. PREFERRED: RealPage OneSite property management software, or similar system Undergraduate degree KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: Two years relevant administrative experience or Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED: Database experience One (1) year working in a property management or emergency services setting
