Job Description/Preferred Qualifications KLA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a broad range of administrative tasks and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The Administrative Assistant will support the Operations Unit by providing high‑quality administrative, coordination, and organizational support. This role enables the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the Operations team through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross‑functional communication (with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.). The position requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to Operations managers and team members Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (rooms, zoom, agendas) Supporting travel when required (to include FCM, local hotels, ground transport, management of local taxi firms and accounting) Assist tracking HR Budget, POs, Expenses and pre-approvals Support onboarding logistics for new Operations team members (access, schedules, coordination) Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive or business‑critical information Supporting HR in events organization (All Hands, off-sites, teams events, etc...). Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma required; relevant administrative or secretarial training preferred or Proven experience on a similar job. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Operations, Manufacturing, or a technical organization Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional discretion and confidentiality Proactive, service‑oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
