EFI Global’s Forensic Laboratory team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a variety of projects and assignments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment while providing essential administrative and operational support.
This is a full-time position in the Rocklin, CA laboratory.
Must be available to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of laboratory projects and administrative tasks, from initial intake through final deliverables. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our lab, supporting our team of expert scientists and providing vital assistance to our clients.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.
EDUCATION & LICENSING
High school diploma or GED.
College degree or education in administration or business management preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years administrative office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
