We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team of driven professionals. This role is a part-time, in person position with flexible hours. You will work closely alongside Senior Management in a fast-paced environment and incorporates various administrative and accounting related tasks. The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Passionate and self-motivated
  • Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an asset
  • Customer service experience is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Monitor and respond to emails as required
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, prepare and administer outgoing mail
  • Scan, file, and maintain digital and paper filing systems with high level of accuracy
  • Assist with purchasing and office management
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Additional duties, errands and projects as assigned / required
