Key Responsibilities: - Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently - Verify patient insurance information and process payments - Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations - Support the team with various clerical duties as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a medical or dental office administrative role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Knowledge of insurance billing and coding is a plus Join our team and become part of a practice that values growth, innovation, and employee well-being.
