Provide support for the day to day administrative responsibilities of the office. Work in unison with staff and directly participate in assigned projects and programs.   What will you do:  * Assistwith the overall daily operations of the Fort St. John Office, including responding to clients’ inquiries via phone, email or in-person, scheduling meetings asrequired, and handling financial transactions. * Assistwith arranginglogisticsfor any meetings, workshops or courses that are hosted in the FSJ area, including room bookings,audioand IT equipment, catering, etc. * Works on assigned inter-departmental initiatives to support department priorities, asrequired.  * Assistin the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Other duties asrequired   What you need to succeed:  * At least 2 years post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent.  * An interest in developing Safety knowledge isdeemedan asset.  * 1+years’ experience working in an administrative role * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint,Outlookand SharePoint)  * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills, with an attention to patience and professionalismrequired * Has knowledge of commonly used concepts,practicesand procedures within an office environment * Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skillsrequired.  * Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team * Able to handle sensitive information with discretion * Data entry experience with a focus on accuracy and troubleshooting an asset   What’s in it for you:  * Salary: $20.00 per hour    Energy Safety Canada is committed to building a talented and diverse workforce which creates an environment that supports diversity, equity and inclusion.
