Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in computer-based work, is fluent in Microsoft applications, and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across teams.
  • Manage schedules, files, and tasks to ensure everything stays organized.
  • Handle high call volumes with professionalism, including transferring calls, taking accurate messages, and managing voicemail systems.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Support workflow improvements by identifying and suggesting process efficiencies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through email, chat, phone, and in person.

What We’re Looking For

  • Microsoft Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and ideally SharePoint or Power Apps (to be verified prior to interviews).
  • Detail-Oriented: Catches errors and ensures accuracy in all work.
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities and keep tasks on track.
  • Strong Communicator: Writes clearly, listens actively, and adapts to different teams and personalities.
  • Phone Professionalism: Comfortable with multiline phone systems and high call volumes.
  • Process-Minded: Follows workflows with ease and can suggest improvements.
