Administrative Assistant * Document key points, decisions, & lessons learned from all PIO meetings. * Manage contractor access program. * Build wing bed-down calendar, manage temporary duties (TDYs), schedules, conferences, and telecoms. * Supports PIO offices with all aspects of office administration. * Requires access to "my suite of applications". Examples include but are not limited to: My eval, My decs, My report, My fitness , My biz, AMS, MilPDS, BLSDM, DTS, and Leave Web. * Coordinates with installation protocol office on any visit requests coming to the PIO.   Qualifications * Minimum of five (5) years of U.S. Air Force administrative support experience. * Shall be qualified in Defense Travel System and Joint Travel Regulations and will manage TDY orders and/or authorizations for the PIO employees. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom in a Windows environment. * Flexibility to track, prioritize, and execute multiple simultaneous responsibilities in various parts of the organization. * Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and superb interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion. * Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems and exhibit significant flexibility in accommodating the necessary work demands.
