We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team! The roles involves managing tenant relations, answering phone/email inquiries, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a administrative assistant or in a related field
  • Property management or real estate experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and deescalate situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance in a friendly, professional manner
  • Process new tenant applications and notices to vacate
  • Perform data entry and maintain records
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and other software
  • Organize physical and electronic files
