Fuku is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. Your primary duties will include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate filing systems. You will also serve as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and organizing meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information. Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. Act as a liaison between various departments and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Coordinate and support team events and activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Help with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or related field. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
