WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our head office team. This dynamic position balances full-cycle bookkeeping with hands-on administrative support to help keep our multi-company operation running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks: managing QuickBooks files, preparing deposits, reviewing company bank accounts and payables, running errands across town, and offering reception and executive support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, is naturally organized, and values being a key support player.
