THE TEAM

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join the growing Global Transaction Tax (GTT) team. This important position will be based in the Mexico City office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in opening and maintaining project codes and related records utilizing the client administration platform
  • Draft summary and analysis of project pipeline and reporting out to MD and Director levels.
  • Utilize PowerBI to manage various dashboards for reporting of open projects, sales activities, and key metrics.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, events, and other departmental activities.
  • Coordinate travel plans, hotels, car service, and office space reservations.
  • Provide general administrative support (e.g., copying sensitive files, binding, answering phone) and project specific assistance.
  • Assist with department activities/special projects as needed and perform other work-related duties as assigned.
