We are a growing telecommunications company seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responstble Administrative Assistant to support on our daily office operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Singapore Citizen (This role is open only to Singapore Citizens and PRs)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Willing to be trained in project management and operational processes
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Manage office operations such as inventory, vendor coordination, and basic HR support
  • Assist in project tracking, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Learn and support project management processes, including timelines and deliverables
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
