In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions, including handling phone inquiries, managing appointment schedules, processing documents, and ensuring that the office operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily administrative operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Prepare and organize documentation for reports and presentations. Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are updated and accessible. Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed. Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings. Qualifications A diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus. At least 3 years of administrative experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
