This role ensures efficient day-to-day office functioning, supports compliance with regulatory requirements (including OASAS standards, if applicable), and assists with communication, documentation, and coordination across the program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and wants to be part of a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact in New York City.   Responsibilities * Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments  * Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence  * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally  * Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) * Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners  * Coordinate meetings, trainings, and program events  * Distribute memos, updates, and important information to staff What You’ll Bring * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred * 1–3 years of administrative or office experience (healthcare or human services preferred) * Skills & Competencies * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Employment Details  * Department: Center for Healing * Location: Onsite; 190 Mercer Street, New York, NY * Schedule: 20 hours a week, flexible * FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt * Employment Type: Part-Time; Temporary * Reports To: Vice President of Behavioral Health Services * Union Representation: Non-Union Salary Range  The expected hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. This rate reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
