QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator, or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and phone.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, reports, and schedules.
  • Assist with receiving and processing customer payments and issuing receipts.
  • Keep the reception area and common office spaces tidy and welcoming.
  • Coordinate office supplies ordering and inventory.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, staff, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
