Due to expediential company growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for two new employees to join our established team in the bustling Pendeford area of Wolverhampton as a full-time Administration Officer. This role is essential to our busy department within a company that’s on an exciting growth trajectory. You’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of our office while delivering top-notch service.
As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Talent Selection -You’ll review CVs, arrange interviews, and help identify the best candidates.
Badge Creation - You’ll be responsible for crafting identification badges.
Data Management - Accurate data entry will be a key part of your role.
Reference Verification - You’ll ensure references are obtained and verified correctly.
Offer Administration - Issuing offer letters and contracts will be part of your routine.
Tech Proficiency - You’ll use various online platforms to ensure compliance.
Customer Support - You’ll handle phone inquiries from both our team and applicants.
Varied Tasks - Being adaptable, you’ll tackle any additional tasks that come your way.

- Can work independently or as part of a team.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is proficient with IT.
- Can manage their workload effectively.
