Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact of our for clients, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
Your daily work will primarily consist of the following:

Administrative Functions:

  • Reception Duties/Greet & Provide General Support to Visitors
  • Answering & Directing Phone Calls
  • Filing Paper/Electronic
  • Ordering/Maintaining Office Supplies & Equipment

Direct Support Branding & Communications With Marketing:

  • Photography & Video Production
  • Event Coordination & Planning
  • Social Media Prep
  • Branding & Communications

Indirect Support Our Accounting & HR Teams:

  • Support AP Correspondence
  • Printing/Scanning/Price Checking Invoices

Indirect Support Operational Team

  • Correspondence With BUMS/Project Managers

Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum Of 2 years As An Office Administrator (Preferred)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
