Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full time Administrative Assistant for two properties, Willow Manor at Colesville and Bethany House in Montgomery County, MD. This dual site position is based at two dynamic and engaging senior housing communities.
The Administrator must be have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Prior property management Tax Credit experience is desired but not required for this role. TCS certifications are a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior property management experience as an Administrator and/or Leasing is a plus.
  • Tax Credit Experience is desired but not required.
  • TCS certification is a plus!
  • Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
  • Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
  • Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
  • Ability to commute between location as assigned is required.
