As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Hardware Technologies team, you’ll be a central partner in Shanghai, helping coordinate operations across internal teams and external stakeholders. DESCRIPTION This role provides administrative and operational support to the Hardware Technologies team in Shanghai, serving as a key partner to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking a diplomatic, tactful, and confident individual who can engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. You will support the team by managing office operations and space planning, coordinating high-level visits and events, supporting new hires, overseeing high-volume purchasing and procurement, and implementing process improvements to streamline day-to-day operations and scale with the team’s needs. A key part of the role is bringing people from multiple teams together to share updates, gather feedback, and drive alignment. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Facilities, and People team, to maintain efficient and effective operations. This position requires an energetic, proactive individual who takes ownership of daily administrative and operational tasks. You will have the ability to work independently, managing priorities and initiatives on your own, and also collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Onsite presence in the office up to 5 days a week is required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3 years admin/operational experience in a fast paced corporate environment Experience in managing various projects and events from conception to completion Proficiency with a variety of applications such as Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, and Excel/Numbers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any subject area or equivalent work experience is required
