JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the financial and/or insurance industry. They will be detail oriented and highly organized. They will be client focused with a positive professional attitude. They will need to be tech savvy and be able to know Microsoft office and DocuSign.

EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry or insurance industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication , written and verbal skills. and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the financial services industry.
