Dental and Vision Insurance Company provided Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, floating holidays, What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and other documents Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned Manage office equipment and supplies, including copier maintenance and inventory Sort and distribute incoming mail daily Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Help maintain a positive and team-oriented office environment Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and office software proficiency Positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior administrative, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or administrative experience is a plus
