Full Function Rehab & Wellness is a healthcare clinic in Woodbridge, ON looking to hire a part time front desk receptionist/ administrative assistant. The job will start ASAP

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO MEETS THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer savvy
  • Happy and cheery
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using Google G Suite
  • Multi-tasking
  • Organized
  • Takes responsibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Answer phone
  • Book in patients/ manage clinic schedules
  • Take payment
  • Copy, fax, scan
  • Tidy up clinic at open/close, laundry of clinic linen
  • Write/Reply to emails
  • On phone/In Person discussion with patients (to be trained)
  • Sales
    Report directly to the Clinic Director, Director of Operations and Clinic Manager
