OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our documentation and compliance processes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in administrative support, auditing, or compliance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in budget review or financial documentation is an asset.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management or customer support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Experience with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading is essential.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
