Description

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and supports the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions by performing administrative, documentation, and data-entry tasks. This role is critical in maintaining an organized Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring timely, accurate support for compliance-related activities in alignment with GPP, GACP, GMP and Health Canada Cannabis Regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

· Diploma or post-secondary education in Office Administration, Quality Systems, or a related field.· 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment.· Familiarity with document control, quality systems, or regulatory compliance considered an asset.· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).· Experience with Monday.com is an asset.· High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
