The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, communication, document preparation, and general office support, helping the team remain organized and productive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate recordings, filing system and data bases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Provide general support to management and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or office.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • previous experience in Administration role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
