We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our dealership operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: * Provide phone coverage during lunch hour (12:00–1:00 PM and any breaks) * Process wholesale deals and dealer trades * Perform filing and maintain organized records * Assist with inventory tasks - stock in new vehicles * ECOM invoice processing * Perform various administrative and office duties as assigned Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Accurate data entry and computer proficiency * Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions effectively * Dealership or accounting experience is a plus * Reliable and able to adapt to changing office needs Schedule: * Approximately 20 hours per week (about 4 hours per day; may vary depending on office needs) What we offer... * Discounts on vehicles, service, parts, and body shop * 401k after 1 year of service
