  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs/maintenance.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping:
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Distribute internal communications and announcements.
  • HR & Onboarding Support:
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (preparing paperwork, setting up workstations).
  • Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
