ABOUT US

We are a family-owned, growing manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support in accounting, executive coordination, and general office administration. You will also provide light HR support under the direction of our part-time HR Director. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We’re also a dog-friendly office, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, payroll, or accounting support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus.
  • Experience with Paychex strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes; exposure to HR practices helpful but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be comfortable around dogs, as they are in the office daily with the owners.
