We are looking for Administrative Assistant - HR support experience PLUS at an industrial equipment manufacturer located near Bastrop, TX

Responsibilities- Administrative Assistant - HR support experience PLUS :

  • Assist the upper management team scheduling internal meetings
  • Maintain employee records and assist monthly payroll
  • Research and communicate with the vendors regarding company’s benefit programs
  • Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Perform administrative duties; data entry, filing documents, answering phone calls, process invoices, welcome visitors etc.
  • Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner
  • Perform other duties if necessary

Requirements – Administrative Assistant - HR support experience PLUS :

  • High school Diploma or Associates in Business Administration, Human Resources Management
  • 1-3 years of administrative, HR assistance experience in corporate business setting or manufacturer industry
  • ERP software experience is plus – ADP, Peoplesoft, SAP etc.
  • Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Comfortable working in flexible schedule if needed
  • Proficient in MS Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong EXCEL skill MUST
