Responsibilities
  • Acting as a communication liaison with clients and office staff to update about changes, needs, and other event information
  • Reception level communication with other contacts (taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate department)
  • Create, edit, and update quotes to meet the needs of client events
  • Data entry into google sheets and company specific software to create quotes and upkeep inventory
  • Scanning event paperwork packages and organizing these into google drive
  • Cleaning and upkeep of various supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with packing items for upcoming events
  • Filing assorted paperwork
  • Other duties as needed
  • Must be familiar with Google Suite Programs (Specifically Docs, Forms and Sheets)
  • Must be capable of learning new software programs quickly
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be able to type (30 - 40 WPM)
  • Be comfortable with adaptability and problem solving
  • Class 5 drivers licence and access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset
  • Ability to drive truck and trailer is considered an asse
