JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support two of our Executive Leaders in Human Resources. In this highly visible role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about several areas within Human Resources.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative and support staff activities; preferably supporting multiple Executives
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to proof documents/correspondences
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to handle confidential information and documents with integrity and discretion
  • The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there is an in-office expectation of 3+ days per week

Responsibilities

This role provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for our Chief Learning Officer and Head of Human Resources for our Enabling (Corporate) Functions. Some of the primary duties will include:

  • Managing complex calendars/scheduling
  • Overseeing expense reports
  • Coordinating meetings and team events
  • Preparing presentations
  • Interacting with other Administrative Assistants that support our Executive leadership team members
  • Working on dynamic project
