Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in relevant software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and computerized.
  • Gather information for estimation and keep track on estimation schedule
  • Provide quotation to client based on estimation
  • Manage execution of projects - issue work orders, invoices, update project status, prepare close-out documents
  • Handle project communications externally and internally

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clerical experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office
