Job Description:
P2P Operations – Administrative Assistant
Huntsman is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Procurement Operations supporting the GBS located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Procurement Manager.

As the Administrative Assistant of Procurement Operations you will:

  • Execution of payments by creating the require reports and providing the necessary documentation.
  • Manage and maintain the Citibank corporate card program.
  • Purchase requisition creation.
  • Knowledge and maintenance of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and records at a proficient level.
  • Manage the AT&T cellphone program by acting as the administrator and point of contact for Huntsman employees.
  • Provide support to Travel and Expense team and users as the Program Administrator
  • Ensure, follow-up and control the compliance of processes and organizational policies regarding environment, health, and security standards.
  • Able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.
  • SAP experience.
  • At least B2+ English level is required (resumes must be provided in English).

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent time management skills and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working with Microsoft Office package.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior purchase requisition creation experience is considered a plus.
  • Prior corporate card program management experience is considered a plus.
