Description

The Administrative Assistant I responsibilities will includeMail Services, Phones, Data Entry and Processing Invoices (heavy) for over 70 contracts. The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner, work independently, very informal office setting (construction site), perform an array of administrative tasks and demonstrate critical thinking skills

  • A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience; or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: MSOffice, Adobe, and DocuSign.
  • KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: invoices, Mail Services, answering phones, and Customer Service experience.
  • Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
  • Detail orient, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.
  • Valid CA driver license.
  • Local Candidates (So Cal)
  • No Cal PERS membership
  • No H1B candidates

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.05 - $43.52 per hour
