· Reconcile expense and budget reports
· Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
· Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms and follow up
· Maintain contact lists, monthly department schedules, and monthly vacation calendars
· Update and maintain the IT vendor list and send reminders for the upcoming license expiration details
· Purchase hardware and IT supplies on a request basis
· Look after daily tech support tickets assigned to IT Admin
· Complete purchase orders for I.T. department purchases
· Printer vendor Invoice réconciliations (CPP)
· Maintain and update hardware inventory
· Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
· Coordinate meetings
