Job Title: Executive Director Secretary Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan [Flexible to travel ] Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is skilled in computer usage, and task management and serving as a driver when required.The ideal candidate will support daily executive operations, manage schedules, handle communication, and ensure smooth workflow for the executive director. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments. Safely drive and transport the executive director when needed. A Male candidate is required for this position due to the nature of the job responsibilities. Must be flexible and available to travel whenever required. Preferable to hold a bachelor’s degree. Must have good English communication skills to interact effectively during local and international travel. Handle documentation, emails, and phone communication professionally. Organize and prioritize tasks to support executive activities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks. Assist with general office duties and coordination. Prepare simple reports and follow up on pending tasks. Requirements Job Requirements Education: High school diploma or any related qualification. Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator. Technical Skills: Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, basic reporting).
