Position Title : Administrative Assistant II
Monthly Compensation: Php 18,000.00
Eligibility : Non/Required, preference shall be given to applicants with Civil Service Eligibility or NCII
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or related field
Training : 4 hours of relevant training on HRM/tourism
Work Experience : 1 Year of Relevant Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry either in the private sector or the government
Competency : Not Applicable

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a professional an courteous demeanor and manage guests with efficiency.
  2. Manage a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism.
  3. Handle mail and deliveries, including sorting, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards.
  5. Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor logs, and monitoring building entry procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION :

  1. Must have exceptional verbal communication skills to handle guests, preferably an English proficient.
  2. Must have strong organizational skills in managing appointments and other office related tasks.
    3.Must have high value of professionalism and courteousness especially in dealing with guests.
  3. Must know how to multitask and have the availability to work under pressure.
  4. Must have keen attention to details.
  5. Must have strong problem-skills and the ability to manage last minute changes efficiently.
  6. Must be a team player, and possess active listening abilities.
  7. Must create a positive impact in the organization as a whole.
