QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Payroll Administration.
  2. Two (2) - five (5) years demonstrated experience in office administration.
  3. Advanced computer and keyboarding skills including advanced software knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks utilizing strong time management skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, demonstrate initiative.
  7. A sincere desire to work within the non-market housing industry to assist Leduc Regional Housing Foundation to achieve its Vision.
  8. AP & AR Experience an asset.
    All employees will be required to have a Pre-Employment Fit to Work Assessment, a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector check.
