Ross Nasseri LLP is one of Toronto’s top tier litigation boutiques, specializing in civil and commercial litigation and regulatory disputes. We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team.

The successful candidate will have the following competencies:

  • Legal Assistant Certificate/Diploma.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other firm members and clients
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of legal accounting software and billing practices.
  • Proficient in Outlook and litigation document and management software.
  • Highly organized and focuses on key priorities
  • A confident, self-starter with a pleasant demeanour and sense of humour
  • Attention to detail, ability to notice and recall detail in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of information
  • Experience with billing is an asset

Your job will involve supporting the firm’s operations, including coordinating and managing office services, coordinating with vendors and clients, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, organizing account receivables/payables, and other tasks as needed.
