In this role, you will collect and manage financial and sustainability data from cutters and other fishing vessels for the Business Information Network (BIN). You will maintain your own portfolio of vessels. Additionally, you will be responsible for relationship management with these fishermen. Therefore, you will work closely with our BIN participants at one of our regional offices in Alkmaar, The Hague, Drachten, Holten, Goes, Oisterwijk, Meijel, or Wageningen.
The Business Information Network (www.wur.nl/bedrijveninformatienet) comprises approximately 1,500 agricultural and horticultural businesses, 100 cutters and other vessels active in fisheries, and 150 forestry companies. Around 65 administrative assistants at Wageningen Social & Economic Research maintain this network.

Of course, these excellent secondary employment conditions come with a competitive salary. Depending on your experience, we offer a market-conform salary ranging from a minimum of € 3,231.- to a maximum of € 4,374.- for a full workweek of 36 hours, in accordance with CAO Wageningen Research (scale 8). If you do not fully meet the job requirements yet, entry-level scale 7 may apply.
As for your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract that can be extended - if possible within (company) organizational circumstances - on good performance. Of course, we are happy to have a conversation with you if you have any questions about this.
