Industrial Inspection & Analysis is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team at our lab in St. Louis for immediate employment. Starting pay for this position is $19/hr. Job Responsibilities * Type test reports using Microsoft Word. * Communicate with internal employees and external clients via email and phone * Provide general office support for items such as printing, scanning, filing, etc. * Generate and send invoices to clients Qualifications * High School diploma * Administrative Assistant experience or related field preferred * Customer service oriented * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
