POSITION SUMMARY
Provides comprehensive support to the Information Systems and Telecommunications department leadership and staff by coordinating schedules, providing reception, maintaining records and documentation, and general office maintenance. Ensures smooth daily operations through efficient handling of administrative tasks and processes.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/G.E.D. required with certification from a secretarial school preferred.
Associate’s degree in secretarial science or office management preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of prior office experience in a healthcare-related environment required.
SKILLS
Proficiency with computer applications, including Windows-based applications. Demonstrates strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Works well in a collaborative team environment. Handles frequent interruptions and adapts to changes in workload and work schedule. Prioritizes tasks effectively, makes sound decisions, and responds promptly to both management and customer needs. Identifies and addresses challenges efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
