JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who can handle a wide variety of administrative and organizational tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • minimum of 2 year experience in administrative or office support experience

SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for errands)
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
