Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing scheduling, processing timesheets, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update staff schedules and calendars (approx. 100 staff)
· Process and verify employee timesheets accurately and on time
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence in the Microsoft Office Suite
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
· Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
· Monitor and maintain equipment and office inventory
· Assist with other general office duties as required
Qualifications:
· Previous administrative experience (2–3 years preferred)
· Experience with scheduling work for large teams
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting) and Microsoft Word
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently towards an objective
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
