Description

At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. This admin position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the engineering team and take initiative to solve problems. In addition to being organized and analytical, you must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. You must love what you do and have the desire to be a standout colleague.

DESCRIPTION

Serving as the primary gateway for the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with admin assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, team oriented and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have great communication skills as you own and complete task/projects independently with minimal direction.

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice
  • Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships cross-functionally, and work in an environment with global teams in multiple time zones.
  • A forward-thinker who takes initiative, can successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem solving and constant drive for process improvement.
  • Efficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Number and Pages.
