Description

IntelliSys Solutions Group is an engineering and project management consulting firm, located in South Philadelphia. Our team of developers, engineers, and business analysts work together to improve automation, streamline logistics, and establish quality control for government organizations.

Our team is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who can come help our established team supporting the US Navy on a long-term contract. The selected candidates will be asked to contribute to all aspects of the program management duties will likely include, but are not limited to;

  • Data manipulation in Excel
  • Timekeeping responsibilities in ERP including time entry, updating approved time, executing time keeping reports, and running FIORI reports
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics of meetings such as reserving conference rooms and creating teams or outlook invites, as well as being responsible for meeting minutes and PowerPoint creation
  • Process prior pay adjustments and labor transfers to manually correct time keeping and/or financial overages
  • SharePoint file management

TARGET QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in writing/editing and utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management without oversight
  • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond across departments

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to receive and maintain a DOD security clearance
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Able to move office related gear and/or carry presentation material up to 30 pounds
  • In-person attendance, cannot be a remote or hybrid position
