ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a superior client experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a representative list and is not exhaustive:

  • Prepare client meeting packages, process documentation post-meeting, and manage follow-up actions to ensure completion.
  • Accurately place and follow up on investment trades (purchases, switches, withdrawals) in client accounts.
  • Keep client records current and organized, both electronically (via Equisoft CRM) and physically (paper filing).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering a professional and courteous experience.
  • Take ownership of client requests and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and files are audit-ready.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations relevant to the role.
