As our Administrative Assistant, youll play a key role in keeping our program strong, efficient, and ready to serve.What Youll DoIn this role, youll be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps everything run like clockwork. A typical day might include: Greeting families, staff, and visitors with a warm welcomeScheduling meetings, training, and appointments to keep our team on trackCreating reports, spreadsheets, and presentations that shineSupporting purchasing, billing, and grant management effortsPreparing classroom and program materials to keep learning on pointKeeping our files, records, and systems neat, organized, and accessibleJumping in where needed to support the program and make a differenceWhat Were Looking ForWed be thrilled if you have: An associates degree in business, human services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Two years of clerical experience, ideally in a school or special education settingStrong communication skills with staff, families, and community partnersComfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and ZoomA knack for numbers and basic bookkeeping/accounting skillsKnowledge of special education regulations, ABA, or experience with children with autism (a big plus!)Why Join TrudeauBecause here, your work truly matters.
